Nuevepies pool tables ships and installs tables worldwide. Please inquire about our shipping and installation cost so our team may send you a quote tailored to your installation location.
We provide estimate production times depending each order. We will advise you if our specialist require more time to produce your custom-made pool table. While we will try our best to accommodate your desired installation deadline, we sometimes need to exceed our quoted production and shipping times to ensure you receive the highest-quality pool table.
Once we begin working on your custom order, we cannot cancel it, provide a refund or allow returns.
Your custom table will first ship to a local depot. Our installation professionals will then deliver and install it at your location. We can only ship your table once you confirm that your installation location is ready.
Flooring and carpeting at your installation location must be complete before we deliver and install your table. Any electrical work provided by a third party, including lighting over or around your pool table, must be performed before or after your installation.
All our pool tables are guaranteed for two years from the invoice date, provided that they are used under normal circumstances and installed in accordance the used. During this period Nuevepies will only cover the cost related to the repair of the product.
Any damage incurred on packaging must be indicated on the transporter’s delivery note on receival. If the damage is part of the structure of the table, please do not have the table installed. We will replace any damaged or defective parts and install the table after replacements are received.
Unless otherwise agreed, we require a 50% deposit to initiate your custom-made pool table. The remaining 50% is due upon completion but prior to shipping.
